Dr. Leslie Hsieh

Leslie Hsieh, MD

Dr. Leslie Hsieh is a board-certified pediatrician that specializes in pediatric continence. She received her undergrad from UCLA and attended medical school at the University of Vermont.  Upon discovering her passion for pediatrics, she completed her residency at Georgetown in Washington D.C.

Over the years, Dr. Leslie  has developed a multi-dimensional approach addressing the major issues surrounding urinary leakage, incontinence, UTIs, bladder and bowel dysfunction.  She integrates behavioral modifications with medications and natural supplements, as well as the most up-to-date non-surgical treatment options for bladder dysfunction.  She believes in educating her families with the understanding of how and why their child has bladder problems to more effectively provide treatment.

“I get the privilege to work alongside Dr. Leslie at Rady Children’s Hospital, where she is the Director of the 2BDry clinic in the department of Pediatric Urology. Before joining the urology world, she was a practicing general pediatrician for more than 10 years. She has given numerous talks about urinary incontinence to pediatricians as well as presented research at national urologic meetings.

Dr. Leslie knows that there is a larger audience with pediatric urinary incontinence outside of her clinical practice that can  benefit from learning more. This has led to the creation of The Drop Therapy and our partnership.”

Dr. Bridget Miranda

Bridget Miranda, DNP

Dr. Bridget Miranda is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and works in the 2BDry clinic.  Before pivoting to healthcare, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego and practiced as a designer for many years. She wanted to merge her passions for design and healthcare because she firmly believes that the environment around us affects our health.

This sparked her career as a Nurse Practitioner and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California. She has always loved working with children. Besides specializing in Pediatric Urology, Bridget has experience in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), early childhood neuro-cognitive development and teaches nursing students. She is a woman of many trades!

“I’ve worked with Dr. Bridget for a number of years as she refined her urology practice. She aims to help each family meet their health goals from whatever stage of wellness they are currently at.

Dr Bridget spends quite a bit of time listening before educating her patients, families and support systems to understand the “why” before helping to tailor guidelines towards staying dry. This desire to improve the health outcomes of her patients inside and outside of the clinic has supported the Drop Therapy’s mission.”
